I'm Philippa, a jewellery maker, artist, writer and tutor whose medium is quilling, the art of paper filigree.

As a fully Accredited (Higher Level) Fellow of the international Quilling Guild, I am committed to promoting the art of quilling online through social media and the Guild's websites.  I am also the author of a comprehensive practical guide to quilling techniques and editor of the Guild's highly-regarded members' magazine 'Quillers Today'.
